Trail Rides
Our trail rides are located 30mins from the the CBD of Adelaide, just up the South Eastern freeway.
The wonderful Adelaide Hills scenery is the back drop to our rides. Some things you will see on your ride:
- Trails exploring the surrounding bushland
- Stunning panoramic views of the Adelaide Hills
- Mt Lofty on the horizon
- Native birds and animals
- Native flora
- Colourful Vineyards
Trail rides are catered for all levels of riding experience and ages. The following trail rides are currently available:
- The stunning beauty of the Adelaide Hills
- Trail riding Birthday Parties. Minimum of 5 children. 2 Hours duration (1 hour riding, 1 hour Party)
- Hand-led trail rides for non-experienced children riders
- Sections of the Kidman Trail - day ride 30km, lunch and morning tea included. Price on application
Trail rides include all safety gear including:
- Western or English saddles are available
- All helmets and high visibility safety vests provided
- Pants and covered footwear must be worn at all times
- All sized riders can be accommodated
- Ready to go trail riding
- Saddled Up
Trail Rides for Kids
Children are taken on a 6km ride amongst beautiful hills scenery. Children learn to unsaddle and brush their ponies back at the farm. Heaven for “Saddle Club” enthusiasts. Minimum age of riders 4 years.
We cater for beginners to advanced riders with safety always in mind. Non-riders to experienced riders complete safety 1 handler provided for each rider. Large groups are catered for up to 10 people can be accommodated for in one group.
Local, interstate and overseas Tourists welcome. Bookings essential, but 24 hours notice is required.
Trail Rides pricing
$70 per head (GST inclusive). Stay for a picnic if you wish.
2 hours - $100. Experienced Riders preferred for this option.
3 hours (1/2 day) $150. Experienced Riders Only as the ride covers a total distance of 28 kilometres.
