Option 1 - 3 Hour Party:

Pony parties at Four Oaks are 3 hours in length. Children have 2 hours of activities and the final hour is for partying.

Activities include:

• pony rides on 4 beautiful ponies
• pony carriage rides
• 2 merry-go-round
• fire engine rides around the farm

Option 1 parties, $480.00, $30.00 per child, minimum of 16 children required.

16 Invitations included in package, extra invite packs of 5 cost $6.00.

Deposit of $100.00 required within 48 hours of booking.

Animal Food provided at $10 per party. BBQ use provided $10.

 

Option 2 - 2 Hour Party for smaller groups:

Smaller groups minimum of ten children. Party includes 1 hour of all activities and 1 hour for party.

Activities include:

• pony rides on 3 beautiful ponies
• pony carriage rides
• 2 merry-go-round
• fire engine rides around the farm

Option 2 Party $330 GST inclusive, minimum of 10 children, $33.00 per child.

Pack of 10 invitations included in price, extra invitations packs of 5 cost $6.00.

Deposit of $100.00 required within 48 hours of booking.

Animal Food provided at $10 per party. BBQ use provided $10.

Extra information for Options 1 & 2:

• The Barn has full kitchen facilities, parties can be self-catered or catering can be provided.
• The Barn is available for hire for any functions and can accommodate up to 100 people.
• Catering is available if required through Orange Tree Kids Catering & Cupcakes or a caterer of your choice.

• Face painters are available for your party. Approximate cost per party is around $120 (for 2 hours). Check with Ponies love Parties about this extra service when booking your party

• Full Public Liability Insurance is included in these prices.

 

Option 3 - Pony Party at your home:

Ponies Love Parties will also attend at your home. The cost is $285 (GST inclusive) for the first hour, includes 2 ponies 2 handlers and all safety equipment and full public liability Insurance, second hour $250. Traveling cost for outer areas may apply.

*Please note that a deposit for all parties is required and may be forfeited for birthday parties where less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is given.
